A man in his 20s has died following a fire at a house in Queen’s Avenue in Cookstown.
The incident happened in the early hours of this morning (Friday).
Inspector Gavin Sterling said police received the report of the fire at around 2.30am.
“An investigation into the cause of the fire, which is not believed to be suspicious, has now commenced,” he added.
