Young people have been pictured on the roof of a shop in James Street in Cookstown.
The photograph posted on social media shows two youths walking across the roof in the town centre.
Now, it’s prompted a police warning – they say those involved in this stunt are ‘one step away from a 30ft fall onto concrete which, if it does not kill them, will result in life changing injuries, including being confined to a wheelchair with severe head and spinal injuries.’
Police are asking parents to be wary of where their children are. And they’re keen to identify those involved.
“Are they climbing across roofs on James Street? If you know who these youths are or have any information about this ring us on 101,” added a spokesperson.
