A sum of money has been stolen after thieves ransacked a house in Larne.
The incident happened at Mill Road sometime between 10:30am and 12:15pm on Thursday (January 3).
Detectives are appealing for information following the incident.
Detective Sergeant Miller said: “A sum of money was taken during the incident and a number of rooms were ransacked.
“Enquiries are continuing and we would appeal to anyone with any information to contact detectives on 101, quoting reference number 457 3/1/19.
“Alternatively, information can also be provided to the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 which is 100% anonymous and gives people the power to speak up and stop crime,” added Detective Sergeant Miller.
