There have been no further COVID-19 related deaths today.
According to the Department of Health daily update, there have been three further confirmed cases of the novel coronavirus within the past 24 hours.
Meanwhile in England, non-essential shops are closed once again in Leicester and schools in the region will be shut for most pupils from later this week. While the rest of England will experience a re-opening of pubs and hairdressers on July 4, Leicester will keep them closed for a minimum of two weeks.
