The man who died after being knocked down in Toome, Co Antrim, has been named as Diarmuid McFall.
Police said Mr McFall, who was 28, was involved in the incident which happened close to a petrol station on the Moneynick Road at around 8.20pm last night (Sunday, March 17).
Anyone who may have witnessed the collision has been urged to contact police on 101, quoting reference number 1296 17/03/19.
