Remnants of Hurricane Lorenzo may reach Ireland or the UK by Thursday night or Friday morning.
It could end up as as strong post-tropical cyclone, possibly with hurricane-force gusts.
It’s currently in the subtropical Atlantic and will hit the Azores midweek, before heading towards the UK and Ireland later this week. There still is uncertainty as to its exact path.
