Staff from Wrightbus have been gathering at Green Pastures Church in Ballymena.
Around 1,200 of the company’s employees were made redundant after the bus manufacturer was placed into administration last week.
The evangelical Green Pastures is led by Jeff Wright who was a shareholder in Wrightbus. The church received charitable donations of around £15m in the last six years through Cornerstone Group, Wrights Group’s parent company.
Death threats meanwhile have been made against the family. Jeff Wright has called on elected representatives to intervene.
