A sum of money has been stolen during a burglary at a house in Ahoghill.
The burglary took place sometime between 8am and 6pm yesterday (Wednesday, 17 April) at Ballymena Road.
Detectives are investigating the incident.
Detective Sergeant Crothers is asking witnesses to come forward.
“We are appealing to anyone with information, or who may have witnessed any suspicious activity or vehicles in the area, to get in touch on the non-emergency number 101, quoting reference number 1081 of 17/04/19,” added the Detective Sergeant.
Alternatively, information can be provided to the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111, which is 100% anonymous and gives people the power to speak up and stop crime.
