Two people were treated in hospital for cuts and smoke inhalation following an arson attack on a house in Ballymena.
The incident happened in the Hazelwood Drive area, at around 3.35am this morning (Thursday, October 4).
Damage was caused to the property and two people were taken to hospital.
Detective Sergeant Millar said enquiries are continuing and they are appealing to anyone with any information or anyone who saw any suspicious people or vehicles in the Hazelwood Drive area to contact police on 101 quoting reference number 151 04/10/18. Alternatively, information can also be provided to the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 which is 100% anonymous and gives people the power to speak up and stop crime.
