A raunchy property video marketing a Sydney home has gone viral on social media.
However, the agent’s plan to grab buyers’ attention through the video has led to more than 1000 people viewing it.
The suggestive video shows a man and woman dancing around the house provocatively.
Agent Sam Nader of LJ Hooker Bankstown said the video has done the job by attracting viewers, with the home already sold.
The agent earlier apologised after ridicule was aimed at the video.
