Money and jewellery were stolen when three masked men forced their way into a house in Carnmoney, leaving a woman occupant shaken.
Detectives are appealing for information following the burglary at Abernethy Gardens on Wednesday (28 October) at approximately 8pm.
Police say three masked men forced their way into the house and ransacked rooms before fleeing with a sum of money and jewellery. A woman who was inside the house at the time was not injured, but left badly shaken.
Enquiries are continuing to establish the circumstances surrounding this incident, and police would appeal to anyone who witnessed anything suspicious in the area to contact detectives on 101, quoting reference number 1678 of 28/10/20.
