A young man was taken to hospital following a one vehicle collision on the Falls Road in west Belfast at around 9:20pm on Saturday night (3 October).
His condition is described as serious.
Sergeant Marks said the incident occurred at the junction of Clonard Street.
“Enquiries are continuing and police would appeal to anyone who witnessed the incident or who has dash-cam footage available, is asked to contact 101 quoting reference number 1917 03/10/20,” added Sergeant Marks.
