A 17 year old is due to appear before Omagh Magistrates Court tomorrow (Monday 7 May).
The charges follow an attack on a 38-yer-old woman in Strabane in the early hours of Saturday morning.
He has been charged with causing grievous bodily harm with intent, possession of an offensive weapon in a public place and theft.
