A loss of power in Cardiff, meant that viewers of Wales Today were treated to an episode of BBC Northern Ireland’s Newsline.
One tweeter suggested the switch was fascinating and that the BBC should do it regularly!

@BBCWales is off air so I am watching @bbcnewsline from Northern Ireland. Fantastic eye opening report with young adults on the Troubles, well done to all concerned, it was so informative. Perhaps regional news channels should be swapped on a regular basis!
